It portrays the cultural manifestations of the inhabitants of the favelas on the banks of the Belém River, an important river that runs through the city of Curitiba, whose source is in the Cachoeira neighborhood, flows south towards the Center, and then flows southeast, passing through Prado Velho, Hauer and Boqueirão, where it flows into the Iguaçu River.
