Noriko Kitazawa, who at the young age of 28 manages operations as a capable section chief. Although she is beautiful, she is reputed to be manly, but when she is alone in the company, it is her daily routine to immerse herself in masturbation while playing a song that reminds her of her deceased lover, Kenji, as background music. To vent her sexual frustration, she subjects her subordinates, Gōda and Isomura, to relentless sarcastic remarks.
