Elisabeth K., a German student living in Buenos Aires, also disappears under mysterious circumstances. Her parents turn to the German Foreign Office, but the West German government refrains from any intervention one year before the World Cup. Why does the German government continue to deny any responsibility to this day? And: How apolitical can sport be?
