Notable in the film is the detailed attention paid to the various components of the lightbulbs. Concert footage of the ‘Philip’s Harmonie’ in performance shows that Philips was proud of the many facilities it provided to its employees. The Eindhoven-based factory offered its workers accommodation, sports, and recreation.
