Realtor Penny Pzx is eagerly showing her client, Chanel Preston, around a warehouse space. Chanel is a CEO looking to expand her business, so Penny is doing her best to fulfil that order. So far, she seems to like what she sees, though Penny asks more about her business to make sure it really DOES fit her needs.
