The Road To RAAM - Race Across America

Road to RAAM is the first documentary in a two part series that tracks record breaking cyclists, Mark Beaumont and Jonathan Shubert, as they prepare to take on the world’s toughest endurance road race: the Race Across America. From Callifornia to the Maryland Coast, Race Across America spans almost 5,000 km and includes over 17,000 metres of climbing. Seen as the pinnacle of ultra-racing accomplishments, this documentary follow’s Mark and Jon’s gruelling six month training plan in the lead up to the event. With two riders that come from very different cycling backgrounds, will the wheels fall off? Will they even make it to the start line in California?
