Who I Thought I'd Be
Directed by Daniel H.A. Stewart
A frustrated Musician who’s struggled to find an audience is forced to return home to work at his sister's music school. He tries to escape the tedium by writing a new song but he’s struggling to find it amongst the constant distractions. When inspiration finally comes, he’s interrupted by a young student who is drawn in by what he hears. Through their unexpected connection, new music emerges showing that vulnerability can lead to beautiful things. A lighthearted exploration of the songwriting process, the transformative power of music, and what it means to find an audience. Featuring an acting debut and never-before-published music by acclaimed songwriter Jens Kuross and introducing actor/musician Jude Bentham, age 13.
