Eight years later, Allin joined the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), where he remained on staff, contributing to numerous productions over the years. His extensive portfolio includes serving as Director of Photography and operator for the Canadian feature "The Reincarnate." At CBC, Allin was involved in various shows like "Hatch's Mill," the "Anthology" series, and notably, he served as Director of Photography for "Whiteoaks of Jalna." Apart from his career in cinematography, he pursued his passion for art, transforming it into a second career. His black and white sketches and watercolours found success in multiple art galleries, leading him to establish Norman Allin Productions Ltd. (478845).
