Brad A. Kinnan is an award-winning director, photographer, editor, and producer from Michigan. He began his career working on Ryan Gosling’s Lost River before moving to Los Angeles, where he contributed to major productions such as Westworld, Need for Speed, Key & Peele, Workaholics, Community, and Parenthood. In 2017, Kinnan co-founded DYNMC Creative, a commercial production company, alongside fellow Michigan State University graduates Adam Bussell and Colin Knighton. DYNMC has produced branded content for clients such as The Oscars, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Forbes, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and more. In 2022, he co-founded DYNMC Films, focusing on socially impactful and visually distinct films and original series. Kinnan produced the short WEIGHT, an official selection at the 2024 Oscar-Qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival and the Montreal International Film Festival. He also produced Thirst for Hulu’s Bite Size Halloween series with 20th Century Studios. He has directed music videos for artists like The Midnight, FM-84, Ollie Wride, and more, with his work featured on MTV, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, and at film festivals worldwide.
