Just as the situation seems hopeless for the inhabitants, a god-like apparition suddenly descends from the sky, and all the flames are extinguished in a bright flash of light. In the blink of an eye, she creates a new city within a large tower, and the inhabitants begin to worship her. But the supposed goddess is a demon, and her succubi are stealing people’s life force through sex. The only way to stop her is her adversary Seimei, who even seems willing to enter the enemy’s domain of lust and horniness.
